SNEAKERS!!!!
Hello Muddy Brook Families!
Our main goals in Physical Education class are to keep all students safe and to make sure our students are enjoying PE! One way families can assist with this is by helping their students remember to wear/bring sneakers to school on PE days. We do have a shoe borrow bin for times when students forget to wear sneakers. (We are always accepting gently used sneaker donations for our borrow bin, too!)
Shoe tying is an important skill that elementary students should be able to accomplish. Children as young as age 4 can start learning how to tie their shoes. It’s a great fine motor skill and boosts confidence.
Below are a couple of links to different shoe-tying videos that may help. And remember….it’s never too late to learn!
